The Alcron Restaurant’s menu is now expanding to include a Business Lunch, which guests can enjoy every Monday to Friday between 11:30 and 15:00. Our Head Chef Eliška Hromková prepares a new lunch menu every week with an interesting selection of starters, main courses, and desserts.
This menu, as well as the complete a la carte restaurant menu, is based on the plant-forward concept, which prefers plant-based dishes but does not strictly limit itself in this direction. It follows the rich tradition of Central European cuisine presented in a modern form. Great emphasis is being placed on the quality and origin of the ingredients and the way they are processed.
