Purchased seats for special events such as tastings, New Year’s Eve dinner, etc. that are paid in advance at the time of booking cannot be cancelled or refunded. In accordance with the provisions of Section 1837(j) of Act No. 89/2012 Sb., Czech Civil Code, as amended, the purchaser does not have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded between the purchaser and the event organiser in accordance with the provisions of Section 1829 of the Civil Code (withdrawal from the contract within 14 days without reason), given that it is a contract for leisure or catering services and the paid service is provided by the entrepreneur, i.e. in this case by hotel Almanac X Alcron Prague, on a specific date or period. Thank you for your understanding.
