This exceptional coffee was grown for you by farmer Ronald Pivaral on his family farm, Finca Los Manantiales, located in Guatemala’s New Oriente region. Here, the coffee trees thrive at an impressive altitude of 1,800 meters above sea level, which gives the beans their unique density and complexity. It is a 100% Arabica of the traditional Red Bourbon variety, processed using the modern anaerobic natural fermentation method. Its flavor profile is dominated by notes of sweet chocolate, juicy raspberries, and warming cognac. The coffee will delight you with a pleasant citrus acidity rated 4/5 and a beautifully balanced intensity at 3/5.
