Alcron Bar opens the next chapter of cocktail menu

Following the success of the signature drinks that shaped the identity of this legendary venue, our bar team introduces a new line. It responds to a modern approach to bar culture, where the absence of alcohol does not mean compromising on a complex flavor experience. The new collection of low-sugar, non-alcoholic cocktails relies on mature, layered flavors, premium products, and herbal notes. Each cocktail has its own clear purpose, emotion, and character, allowing you to enjoy a wonderful night out and wake up the next morning with an absolutely clear mind.

Forget sugary syrups. Our bar team has created sophisticated compositions that work with natural freshness, noble bitterness, and both local and global ingredients.

The first story of the new line is the Passion Grove cocktail, which is the ideal choice to begin the evening. Its base consists of Maison Perrier in a harmonious combination with citrus and subtle passion fruit. Although the resulting flavor profile is exotic and refreshing, the presence of botanical undertones ensures it maintains a dry, elegant character.

For lovers of bold, bittersweet notes, the bar team has prepared the Almost Negroni. This drink is our non-alcoholic interpretation of a globally beloved bar classic. The composition of Beefeater Zero, Martini Vibrante, and the captivating non-alcoholic aperitif Nochino Ruby creates a complex blend with a deep bitterness, complemented by a subtle touch of citrus in the background. The highlight of this cocktail is its long, distinctly aromatic finish, making it a perfect pairing for the courses on our evening menu.

Naturally, the menu must also include the liquid embodiment of our own identity—the Bohemian Garden cocktail. This is a non-alcoholic rendition of the iconic Alcron drink. In this recipe, Beefeater Zero meets the freshness of cucumber and citrus, with aromatic lovage playing the starring role. It is this traditional local herb that gives the drink its unmistakable, earthy character, beautifully bridging modern mixology with our history.

Holding a unique position on the menu is a cocktail created in collaboration with our hotel ambassador, Ema Müller. Named bohyňa, which means the goddess, it is a celebration of uniqueness and personal style. Its recipe combines the non-alcoholic spirit Sober W with notes of Nochino Ruby, Royal Tea, and verjus. The entire composition is rounded off with the unconventional element of salted strawberries. The result is a perfectly harmonious balance on the edge of sweetness, acidity, and a delicate saltiness, offering a surprising flavor twist.
